Is there a possiblility that after 24 hours of no fever and antibiotics that i could still be contagious with strep? my friend is now showing symptoms

Possible, not likely: It is possible that you could still be contagious despite 24hrs of antibiotics and no fever, but not likely. It is more likely you infected your friend > 1 day ago, but it took days for him/her to develop symptoms. Wash your hands well. Take care.
