SCS and TENS: theoretically can be used together. Tough to calibrate both. Starting point for RLS is to ensure adequate serum ferritin and iron levels to exclude Ekbom syndrome. Is your EMG-NCS abnormal and in what way? Have you seen a neurologist ?
