Ehhh-Yes BUT---: JUST medications to help with speech changes in PD is far from ROBUST although some people (and some studies) suggest they work...at least for a while. However, combination between optimal medication for PD combined with BEHAVIORAL SPEECH THERAPY is likely far superior in the majority of individuals. Univ. of Indiana has one called TWANG THERAPY. Lee Silverman Voice Therapy (LSVT) is another.
