Yes, but manageable: The most common side effects of the Dopamine meds are nausea/vomiting (sin-emet = "without-vomit" in latin); sleepiness, low BP (orthostatic hypotension); sweating g or hot flashes; dyskinesia; confusion; psychosis (hallucinations/delusional thought). Rx must be tailored for each to avoid individual reactions. Despite more side-effects from Dopamine agonists, they should be used vs just sinemet!
