Im two weeks after hernia surgery, they insterted som kind of a net inside....i started coughing hard, can it damage the surgery somehow?

Possibly: Your hernia was most likely repaired with mesh. Every time you cough, you increase the pressure in your abdomen and the pressure on the repair. If you had the repair done laparoscopically, the mesh is behind the hole so coughing should not cause problems. If it was done open, the mesh is in front of the hole, so it may cause a recurrence. See your doctor about that cough.

NO Unlikely: Most likely your hernia surgery is done using mesh ,which can take stress like cough , as this type of repair has no tension. Call your surgeon and go for a follow up visit .
