Fasting and growing: At age 16 you should still be growing and definitely do not fast. Almost certainly at a younger age your pediatrician has measured your height and weight several times. This is reported on a page that shows growth in height and weight. If your parents do not have this information you should contact the pediatrician and get a copy of you height and weight growth.
