A member asked:

Is it that more amount of hgh and estrogen trigger a growth hormone? can we increase height by increasing the above two hormones?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: The greatest factor involved in your ultimate adult height is genetic factors (height of your mother and father). Unless you have growth hormone deficiency and/or estrogen deficiency, taking these hormones will not signifiantly change your ultimate height. Of course, at age 24, your growth plates are fused and there is no possible way to increase your height no matter what you take.
