My total cholesterol is 288 my hdl is 64 my triglecerides are 250. i'm 31 do you think i have plaque build up already. been on aspirin, ace inhibitor ?

Likely: Large percentage of people who consume a typical western diet have some degree of plaque built up by adulthood. Intensive life style modification is recommended. A familial component in this case is likely and depending on personal and family history, treatment with a cholesterol lowering agent such as a statin may be beneficial. Aspirin for primary prevention is questionable.
