Baby Acne?: Sounds like baby acne. This is a benign skin conditions of newborns and is often self limited. No specific treatment is needed. Actually trying to make it go away with soaps and lotions can actually aggravate it and make it worse. Regular baby washing will suffice. If it becomes red, dry, and flaky it could be eczema and that can be treated. See your doctor for that.
