Yes many: There are a lot of remedies other than proactive like Retin-A and others. I would go to your pediatrician or a dermatologist to discuss with them what is the best option.

Many OTC & scripts: It seems she some inflammatory acne with closed comedones. Otc such as clearasil or any of the benzoyl peroxide containing topicals maybe of benefit. Do not scrub the skin too hard. If not adequate, consult your doc/dermatologist for an evaluation--they can select a medication better suited for her skin i.e. Oily vs dry etc...Good luck.
