Dehydration: Vomiting and fever greatly increase the risk of dehydration. Push fluids, initially clear liquids only until vomiting stops. Try sips of ginger tea or ginger-ale containing real ginger. Ginger is an age old remedy for stomach ailments. Give Tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever and discomfort. If vomiting continues or there are signs of dehydration, take her to doctor.
