Head zaps, headaches, nausea, dizziness and light-headed. i have been diagnosed with g.a.d but never been on antidepressants.

GAD: These sound like antidepressant withdrawal sx, but since you never tried one, i wonder (also being in england ) how much alcohol you are consuming, which can produce these withdrawal sx. Same for marijuana.
