2yr old was with plastic spoon.i doubt he hit it in throat as he gagged n then cried.after a min was fine,playing n now sleeping.should i b worried?

I can't tell from: your question and his conditions, if his swollen gums and drooling occurred after his spoon injury?Also,unsure of exact mechanism of the injury.Did he swallow the spoon or a piece of it?
