I've been given kenalog (triamcinolone) shots in the past for sinus and allergy problems, is it safe to keep getting them. is it likely to develop an allergic reactio?

No: Kenalog (triamcinolone) or cortisone shot is rarely, if ever, indicated for treating allergic and sinus problems since it doesn't work any better than cortisone pills which may be used in chronic sinusitis for a brief duration. Nasal steroid is far safer. If your problem cannot be controlled with inhaled steroid, see an allergist. Frequent Kenalog (triamcinolone) dosing causes many side effects (diabetes, adrenal suppression etc)
