Can glaucoma be treated?

Yes but not cured: Glaucoma is abnormal elevation of the pressures in the eyes. Eye drops are used to decrease the pressure. It usually requires application of drops once or twice a day to maintain optimum control. If left untreated glaucoma could lead to blindness.
