No different: Glaucoma would not be treated any differently in a person with adrenal problems than one without.

Fairly routinely: Glaucoma is treated with eyedrops, sometimes laser treatment and when these are ineffective or not tolerated surgery is sometimes necessary. Overall, glaucoma would be managed in the usual way in the presence of adrenal indufficiency however i would suggest it is done so by a glaucoma specialist and with good communication with your physician managing the adrenal insufficiency.
