Bladder pain upon palpation. also continuous right hip pain. don't know if the two are related.

Possibly: i would speak with the doctor to rule out a urinary tract infection, prostate and bladder problems. any blood in the urine? any history of tobacco use or exposure to chemical dyes? any history of right hip injury? You would also want to rule in or out arthritis of the hip.

I don't either: There is nothing that pops right out about how they could be related, other than they are generally in the same area of the body! Not sure why you are palpating your bladder, but it sounds like an x-ray of the right hip is in order and a visit to your doctor for evaluation of these symptoms. Good luck!
