Night pain is always: A symptom that should be evaluated immediately as malignancies may present with pain worse at night. Wih bladder control issues, there could be an issue within the pelvis region or spine. You need to see a physician now or go to the er. It could be a urinaryinfection as well but this needs immediate attention in any case.
