See Your Doctor: Your child's age is not given & this is a crucial piece of info needed to give a specific answer. By age 6 wks, infants are feeding on demand; have 6-8 wet diapers in a 24 hr period; 2-4 poopy diapers in 24 hrs. Your baby's weight gain is also important indicator & at age 3 mos should gain 4-7 oz per week. See your doctor for a weight check, complete review of baby's feeding history & guidance.
