Thigh lump sore abd: If red tender could be infection and should be drained or given antibiotics if small if just hard and not red could be lympn node representing infection in vaginal area /anus Do you have a vaginal discharge any diarrhea/ Would go to doctor /urgent care today need U/A to rule out UTI and likely pelvic exam to check for pain PID and possibly ultrasound to check pelvic /uterine ovarian condition
