We think it can ...: Water, obviously, plays a vital role in keeping your body functioning optimally. Dehydration can contribute to dry skin, which then stimulates skin's oil gland production. Conversely, drinking 64 to 80 ounces of water a day will hydrate your entire body and send signals from the brain to your skin that excess oil is no longer needed. It's worth trying!
