Children's hospital: You can go to urgent care. But many times there diagnosis is less accurate than at a children's hospital. Kids are not small adults after all.

Yes: Because of her age, symptoms, and the fact that it is worsening i think it is important to seek immediate evaluation to get a proper diagnosis and treatment reccomendation.
