Depends: If the problem is from a germ which responds to Clindamycin, you should see result by the 4th day. However I suspect that infection may not the the cause, and thus the recovery time would depend on whether the cause has been eliminated. If it is from a viral infection, the symptoms should subside from 10-21 days in most instances.
