Call his/her office: Just because you can't get back home promptly doesn't mean you can't call your OB's office and ask for options. Perhaps s/he can prescribe a medication and have it available for you at a local pharmacy. Or perhaps s/he will recommend that you go to your nearest urgent care clinic or emergency department. Some Planned Parenthood clinics also provide prenatal care. Good luck!

Learn relaxation : There are some specific techniques described online for relaxation to deal with anxiety , thus preventing progression to a severe attack. If you never needed medication before being pregnant you probably can get by since you may want to avoid taking medications at this stage of your pregnancy . Look them up and practice.
