Call his/her office: Just because you can't get back home promptly doesn't mean you can't call your OB's office and ask for options. Perhaps s/he can prescribe a medication and have it available for you at a local pharmacy. Or perhaps s/he will recommend that you go to your nearest urgent care clinic or emergency department. Some Planned Parenthood clinics also provide prenatal care. Good luck!

If you never needed medication before being pregnant you probably can get by since you may want to avoid taking medications at this stage of your pregnancy . Look them up and practice.
