Have a doctor : check to be sure there is nothing physically wrong before assuming it is an anxiety related symptom. Then, if it is anxiety and not physical consult with a psychologist. They can help you learn relaxation techniques to overcome anxiety attacks. It will help you be better prepared to be a parent to a new infant who will need you to care for him/her. In therapy you can also get ready for parenthood.
