Could be an STD: A pea size painless lump in the groin is most likely a swollen lymph node. Lymph nodes become swollen in reaction to infection. Swollen lymph nodes in the groin occur with STD. If you have unprotected sexual intercourse, you should be evaluated for STD. Consistent condom use is the best protection for STD.

Unknown: From the information provided, it is not possible to determine. It could be completely unrelated. it could be lymph node. If it is persistent, it should be seen by a Clinician.

Skene's duct cyst : Likely a benign condition of a Skene's duct cyst. Hard to confirm without seeing and would be best if you saw your primary care physician or gynecologist to help manage. May require removal as a simple outpt procedure

Cyst or lymph node: it could be a cyst or ingrown hair or lymph node. It is unlikely to be related to an std however std's or infections can cause lymph nodes to become enlarged. if it does not resolve follow up with your doctor for evaluation and to rule out infection.
