Hey Jeff!: I'll bet anything that you'd like to put on some muscle without putting on fat. I'm also VERY glad you're in a position in which you're trying to gain rather than lose. Here's the secret -- diet's not key. Get with a bunch of people who do aerobic and maybe resistance fitness for fun. Work hard and they'll accept you. Your body will naturally muscle up and you'll know what to eat automatically.

Protein powders.: No tablets or capsules would help. Gaining weight, not just fat, will be assisted by weight training and extra calories in the diet. If you can t gain the calories from food alone, adding protein or,weight gainer powders will help.
