Stamina and diet: Eat balanced: minimize saturated fats; skinless chicken is excellent - only 4-5 oz per day/ egg white are excellent - 3-4 per day; peanut butter and other nuts are excellent; 6-8 servings of fruit and veggies are essential; minimize sugar, bread, pasta, pizza, muffins; oat meal is excellent; juices are excellent - but avoid fructose syrup - V8 Fusion is best; NAKED Juice is excellent;
