They vary: Can have the symptoms, the psychological effects, the hand shakes, the difficulty speaking (had that one) or any combination. Cognitive behavioral therapy is quite effective in any case.

Yes! Panic attacks: and or anxiety can manifest in many different ways. You may have varying forms of different episodes, the previous one being numbness. Other symptoms may include pain, sweating, nausea, shaking, chills or heart racing.

Yes ,possible.: Panic attack sigifies the maximum experiencing of the panic symptoms- a neurotic condition. But Sometimes without the typical attack art of the symptoms as you experience cna happen like palpitations alone, numbness like feeling ,which we call as paresthesias. It is good that u have lesser degree of symptoms this time without full blown panic attack which is more uncomfortable .
