Yes ,possible.: Panic attack sigifies the maximum experiencing of the panic symptoms- a neurotic condition. But Sometimes without the typical attack art of the symptoms as you experience cna happen like palpitations alone, numbness like feeling ,which we call as paresthesias. It is good that u have lesser degree of symptoms this time without full blown panic attack which is more uncomfortable .
