Fibromyalgia : Sciatica, sleeplessness, "panic attacks, body aches" & frontal headaches, absent feverishness, suggest fibromyalgia. General physical exam & blood tests needed to rule out other causes. In young males a unifying cause for this symptom constellation is often biomechanical injury (extreme sports?) on a background of Joint Hypermobility Syndrome (JHS). Mitral valve prolapse & sciatica common in JHS.
