NO: This would be a genetic characteristic. You can put false packing in the cheeks but this would not be permanent. You can see a plastic or ENT surgeon that might be able to help you but be happy with what you have.

Probably not: Losing weight might help only if you are overweight. No one thinks starvation skinny is chic anymore. If it is your wish to have more prominent cheekbones I suggest you consult a board certified plastic surgeon for advice. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!

That's genetic bone: structure. Symmetry and balance is best achieved by Nature and sometimes cosmetics help too in contouring to make your cheeks per higher. Surgery is not necessary and may not solve the problem.
