RX: you can go to the Urgent care, they usually will fil that prescription, for a few days 2-3 days usually----it is up to the doctor that you see------they may fill the 7 days that you need----but you will have to ask them

While you could....: in this state you'll be marked as a seeker of controlled substances who runs out of them early and sees multiple doctors. That might be a problem for you. And, tramadol is not an anti-inflammatory and does not directly address the underlying inflammation. cannot say in your particular case.

Depends on state: Tramadol is a controlled substance in 2 smart states KY and NM at least. More trouble getting refills there. Ask the UC if they will do that.

At dr's discretion: Tramadol is a med. with mild sedation as side effects with some opioid like action. Prescription of this medn. is possible by the Urgent care doc. but at the doctor's discretion, for few days upto a wk or so till u get PCP's appt.U are young ,only 26 yrs , the arthritis-type u haven't mentioned here.Hence if indn. per evaluation by the UC dr indicates reasonability you can get a script for short T
