Why taking??: Should be able to start up taking the B12 again, but what are you taking the B12 for? Are you taking other vitamins and also a B complex, which included many of the B family of vitamins? If in doubt, consult with a Dr. and/or a nutritionist

Huh?: Pernicious anemia is B12 deficiency because of lack of absorption so you need B12 given as a shot. That should take care of any symptoms.
