Genital rash: It is very hard to say what the rash is. It may be a simple fungal infection which can be treated with topical ointments purchased in the pharmacy. If you are sexually active, it could be a sexually transmitted infection which will require antibiotics. I recommend that you get an evaluation.

Groin rash: Groin rash may simply be a "jock" rash. A clothing associated rub in apostle warm area of skin fold that harbors yeast. The rash is yeast irritation. Change underwear at least daily. Keep area dry. Clean it twice daily. Buy anti yeast cream at pharmacy. Follow directions. Apply for a couple of weeks 3-4 times daily. Trim hair way back. Anti yeast Powder can also help.

Someone needs to: Know, preferably your doctor. Unfortunately, we can't really provide you any meaningful guidance without knowing more about when the rash started, what it looks like(ideally a picture - though I know it may be embarrassing based on the location), how it's changed etc. Otherwise, there isn't enough information provided to provide really any guidance beyond the need for an evaluation.
