Can you suggest how to treat rashes/genital itching and blistering/peeling of fingers and hands associated with a prolactinoma?

Prolactinoma: This tumor is rarely associated with skin issues, especially in the hands. Yet you could have a prolactinoma and something else as well. Please check with a dermatologist

Steroid cream: You can use a steroid cream - you can initially try to use hydrocortisone, but you might need a prescription to Triamcinolone for this.

Doesn't cause: Hi. Prolactinoma doesn't cause those things (rash, itching, blistering). If you have have a prolactinoma, the rash/itching/blistering is coincidence, and NOT related in a cause-and-effect manner to either the pituitary tumor or the elevated prolactin. If you have breast milk production and cessation of periods, THOSE are related to the prolactinoma.
