Unlikely: cannot say in your particular case, but generally, half an inch (1 cm) is considered the measure of an enlarged node. Rate of growth, being stuck down, irregular, tenderness are some other worrisome features of nodes.

Perhaps Not: It is always better to have lymph nodes to be evaluated by physical examination so that someone can actually touch it and decide if it needs further evaluation.
