Not a good idea: As the word implies tooth paste is for your teeth. There is no valid reason why anyone would want to put toothpaste into a vagina, oral sex notwithstanding.

No: definitely not. Would cause severe irritation. Toothpaste is is only to be used to clean teeth with.
