No, but...: ...believing what you read on non-referreed sites will lower your IQ. First, don't swallow toothpaste, spit it out, just like it says on the package. Second, if harmful, FDA would ban its use. Third, Fluoride occurs naturally in the water supply of most western states. Do they have brain damage/altered IQ? Talk to an expert, your Dentist, and got off of misinformation sites.
