Counseling and meds: Agoraphobia is a serious anxiety disorder. Your best chance for recovery is seeking regular counseling with a counselor that is skilled at treating this disorder. Seeing a psychiatrist for medication treatment is also important. You can get back to a normal like without fears but you must seek treatment. Good luck to you.
