Panic & agoraphobia: Panic disorder with agoraphobia is a type of anxiety disorder. In it there are discrete episodes of intense fear peaking within 10 min and dissipating within 30 min. Also there is fear of situations which might be hard to escape or where help may not be available --also fear of crowds, bridges & being outside alone. Panic includes physical sx like shortness of breath, tachycardia, chest pain, etc.

Panic Disorder+Agora: Panic attacks associated with longer than 1 month of subsequent persistent worry about: (1) having another attack or consequences of the attack, or (2) significant maladaptive behavioral changes related to the attack. Agoraphobia is marked and disproportionate fear when confronted with open spaces, public transport or crowded areas. Please see a Psychiatrist for Treatment if you have these.
