How Dry I Am..: NO antibiotic is perfect. Sometimes it's a crap shoot deciding what antibiotic to give someone. Well, an educated crap shoot, like an educated opinion. Your medicine is pretty good- and may be doing its job. So you may have something else, like maybe what's called a "dry socket," which means some of what's left of your tooth socket is exposed and that can hurt!! So call your dentist for advice!
