Rectal ca?: See a doctor for a rectal exam and/or colonoscopy. One possibility is rectal cancer.

Need evaluation: There could be many possibilities. Given you are bleeding and you have abdominal pain you need to be seen by a doctor. You may need an evaluation with imaging or possibly with something more invasive like a colonoscopy
