Could be hemorrhoids: But it still needs to be looked at. If you have gotten a little contipated since you change your diet then that would explain your symptoms. Usually hemorrhoid bleeding is aasoc with burning and discomfort after a bm and blood upon wiping. Avoid straining and drink a lot of fluids. If you have diarrhea with blood then that needs workup. Followup with your fam doc.
