Have some hydrocondon acetaminophen 10-325 it expired about 3 months ago. can i take one for my back pain that has come on?

Should be ok: most of the time, prescriptions expire after one year. The exact expiration for the medication is usually much later.

Not a: good idea. The medication may still be potent. The use of opiods outside as prescribed is illegal and could lead to a slippery slope. Find some NSAID
