Just green stools: alone aren't likely to be cancer. It can be related to rapid transit time through the intestines, or foods, drugs or dyes that can color the stool.

Probably not cancer: it is most likely something you have eaten or something that has been digested to a green color. If concerned see your physician for an examination

Less likely: Symptoms suggest a viral process such as rotavirus. Should diarrhea persist for a week , stool testing and perhaps a gastroenterologist consultation will provide more reassurance

Most likely not.: Green stool could be related to the food you have eaten or from infection and not likely from serious condition like cancer. Cancer is uncommon among young people unless there's a strong family history of GI cancer.Go see your DR if it worsens and persistent or accompanied b weight loss, abdominal pain, blood in stool etc. God bless you! http://www.healthgrades.com/symptoms/green-stool

Doubtful: Stool comes in a range of colors. All shades of brown and even green are considered normal. Only rarely does stool color indicate a potentially serious intestinal condition. Stool color is generally influenced by what you eat as well as by the amount of bile, a yellow-green fluid that digests fats, in your stool. Possible dietary causes include: Green leafy vegetables, green food coloring, such as in flavored drink mixes or ice pops, iron supplements.
