No: Cold cuts are frequently eaten and as long as they are prepared appropriately and served appropriately and are fresh they should not cause problems. All the best.

Depends: Depends on the type of food. Some food once properly cooked does not need to be reheated. The bacteria is destroyed if properly initially cooked. Also the longer the food has been in the refrigerator the more likely that you run the risk of bacterial growth on the food.
