Life (asked 2X?): With the everyday stressors in life, with school work, family, friends, possible sports you may play, the amount of sleep you get, your diet from one day to the next, etc...can all play an active role in how you feel and how tolerable a strenuous work out will be for you. The more structured you are in your daily routine, the less variability you will notice in your exercise routine. Good luck
