NO: POTS explains your rapid heart beat but can't explain everything. The question here is: why do you have POTS? Whatever the explanation for that is, it may be causing your fatigue as well. It's excruciatingly difficult to make these kinds of determinations and the majority of people do not receive a satisfactory diagnosis. Viral illness? Someday we may know.
