Fever: after 2 days of Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) for respiratory infection could be due to viral infection rathrr than bacterial, atypical bacterial infection, incomplete response. Increase fluid intake and f/u if fever persist

Control Fevers: Take Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen like drug,for temp. Control.You should be feeling better in anther day. If there is Viral infection, then fever can continue for a few days. Drink plenty of fluids and Vit C .
