I have chronic sinusitis and post nasal drip, also pharyngitis. i've noticed some yellow blisters lumps in the back of throat? help

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possible cobblestone: The term cobblestoning is used to describe streaks of lymphoid tissue (the cells that fight bacteria) on the posterior pharynx (throat) which is usually seen with allergic rhinitis (chronic runny nose). If present this is a normal response to chronic inflammation.
